For shipments within Italy, delivery is guaranteed within 24/36 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.

Shipping Costs:

Italy: Free

Europe: Free for orders over €500; below this amount, shipping costs will be €15.

Rest of the World: Free for orders over €600; below this amount, shipping costs will be €25.

Any customs fees for products purchased from countries outside the European Union (EU) are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

The return costs are borne by the buyer. We encourage conscious purchasing, which is why we provide a dedicated team for personalized consultation. We are here to ensure that each of your purchases is well-considered and meets your needs.

If you wish to return an item and request a refund, please proceed to ship within 14 days from the arrival date and send an email to info@otticalucciola.net. The shipping costs are always borne by the customer.

We kindly ask you to include the slip you receive inside the package at the time of shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received or if the return is shipped beyond the 14 days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal is considered valid only if the following conditions are met:

• The items must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
• They must retain the warranty seal and the original tag. They must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
• The shipment, until the receipt is confirmed in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
