If you wish to return an item and request a refund, please proceed to ship within 14 days from the arrival date and send an email to info@otticalucciola.net. The shipping costs are always borne by the customer.

We kindly ask you to include the slip you receive inside the package at the time of shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received or if the return is shipped beyond the 14 days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal is considered valid only if the following conditions are met:
- The items must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
- They must retain the warranty seal and the original tag.
- They must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
- The shipment, until the receipt is confirmed in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
Ottica Lucciola is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
If all conditions are met, the price of the items will be refunded. You will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you will have the option to have the products returned at your expense. If you refuse the shipment, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase.
After receiving the return and verifying that all conditions have been met, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return. The refund will be activated as soon as possible, after verifying that the withdrawal has occurred in compliance with the conditions mentioned above.
Products customized with engravings, products that have been fitted with ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses (spherical, toric, multifocal, colored neutral and graduated), and perishable products by their nature, such as lens solutions, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
