Yes. All our products are covered by a 24-month warranty that applies to manufacturing defects. This excludes damage resulting from normal use of the sunglasses or eyeglasses.
Any spare parts not covered by the guarantee can be supplied for a fee.

Yes, each frame is shipped with its original case, which can be hard or soft depending on the frame. We include an Ottica Lucciola microfiber, and a dedicated box with other relevant accessories, if provided by the manufacturer.

Payments
Absolutely. HTTPS protocols are used and there is a padlock icon in the address bar indicating that the site you are browsing is secure. All credit card transactions are encrypted, and credit card data is not saved.
Customers have the possibility to pay the order amount for products and any shipping costs, by different means. We accept debit and credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Ottica Lucciola accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer installment payments via Klarna for amounts between €35 and €1000. We will start processing the order as soon as the transfer is booked with our bank. The timing depends on the bank circuit.
Delivery and Shipping

To find out the amount of shipping costs, see the dedicated page. Shipping costs include insurance and transport from Italy to the country of destination. Any additional costs that are inherent to duties, customs charges and administrative costs are borne by the recipient.

Prices for already include VAT for all EU purchases. You will not need to pay any additional amounts for import taxes.
If shipping outside the European Union, prices do not include European VAT. During delivery or afterwards, the courier may require you to pay import taxes according to your country's regulations. Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns within 14 days after purchase/delivery. Returns must be intact and unused with the product undamaged or dirty. We only accept returns in the original case and packaging.
