The purchased Products will be delivered via courier selected by Ottica Lucciola on business days. The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer in the order proposal.

The shipping cost is:

Italy: Free

Europe: Free for orders over €500; for orders below this amount, the shipping costs will be €15.

Rest of the World: Free for orders over €600; for orders below this amount, the shipping costs will be €25.

Any customs fees for products purchased from countries outside the European Union (EU) are the responsibility of the buyer.

The order processing, except in cases where payment is made by bank transfer, occurs within 24 business hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Tuesday.

Shipments are traceable; after the goods have been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and you can view the status of the shipment.

You can request that the shipment be made to an address different from your personal one, which can be a work address or another person's address, or specify a time slot to simplify delivery.

International shipments are carried out via international courier.

Orders placed after Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday. Shipments are traceable; after the goods have been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the status of the shipment on the couriers websites.

Upon delivery, the Customer (or their delegate) must:

(i) verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the delivery slip;

(ii) ensure that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet, or altered in any way;

(iii) sign the delivery document;

and (iv) if requested by the Courier, show an identification document. Any damage to the packaging and/or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately disputed in writing on the Courier's delivery slip.

Where permitted by applicable law, once the Courier's document is signed without the Customer having raised any objections, the Customer cannot raise any dispute about the external characteristics of the delivered package; it is understood that the Customer may raise disputes later, if such disputes relate to the Products.
