RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received or if the return is shipped beyond the 14 days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal is considered valid only if the following conditions are met:

- They must retain the warranty seal and the original tag. They must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
